Dynoswim Palm Coast Practice Schedule

We swim at the Frieda Zamba Aquatic Complex in Palm Coast, Florida:

August 24th - October XX
M/W/F: 6:30pm - 7:45pm

November - August 24
M/W/F: 6:00pm - 7:45pm

Drop-in fees: $4 to Dynoswim (plus pool fees to Frieda Zamba Aquatic Complex - inquire at the pool office for details). All swimmers, guests, and otherwise need to complete and submit waiver before practice.
