It seems like every day another community is struggling to either upgrade exisiting or build new aquatic facilities. I wonder how much of it is backlash against traditional swimming venues at the high school and University levels and their incentive to drop the swimming programs first: Talk to us, Dynoswimmers. anyone have any theories?
