Why not look at how they built the temporary 25-metre pool that was used at the 8th FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) in April this year.
Very interesting. I am also impressed with how they will be recycling the pool water. "...with water used in two temporary pools to be reused by the Royal Botanic Gardens and City of Melbourne."
