Looks a little like the pool at the OConnel Center where Daniel, Sami and Ros would have swum in the past at Districts/Regionals/State. I know that is not it so I need another hint.

Hint #3: At this pool in 2004, Ian Crocker won the 100 SCM Freestyle and 100 SCM Butterfly both in world record times.

That would be in Indy then since Fina Short Course worlds were at the Conseco Field House that year.
