Please note that your Dynoswimmers will soon be off to Liechtenstein for the 24 hour relay, please wish them luck! The final team roster is as follows: Lars Lensdorf, Marc Strittmatter, Carsten Franke, Iris Teckentrup, Hans-Joerg Herzog, Thorsten Kuechler, Judi Rich, and Dean Osterloh. For those of you who have asked how the race is structured, please feel free to review the final race plan for our relay.

Gys, 115K in 24h was a terrific experience ... could now make use of two new elbows and a couple of other spare parts ... but is was fun, wasn´t it ? Special thanks to Dean, Torsten and Judy for calling this team in ... Marc

it really was fun - especially between 4:00 and 5:00 in the morning... special thanks to Dean and Thorsten for letting me be part of the team..! (btw: for the last 30 years or so I've been a DYNOSWIMMER - without even knowing it...)
