We will have our regular Sunday ocean swim at 12:30pm at Highbridge and A1A. Please confirm if you plan to attend.
We had relatively calm conditions and warm water today. There were ten Dynoswimmers in total and everyone swam the whole practice - that's 4,500 yards! We swam the same course as last week from Highbridge to the water tower in Flagler Beach.
We welcomed Hannah Banana back with us who's home for a short visit. A special congratulations goes to Julia, Joe, and Doug who swam their first open-water today!
