This past weekend I attended the Fina World Cup finals session at the Nassau County Aquatic Center on Long Island, NY. It was great seeing some of the best swimmers in the world compete. I got to see Michael Phelps come from behind and win the 200m freestyle with a new American Record, and also win the 200m Individual Medley. Tara Kirk, Peter Marshall, and Frederick Bousquet all won their respective events as well. It was amazing to see how flawless and effortless everyone's stroke technique looked, yet they were swimming so fast!
