Sounds like this site could be interesting. Tomorrow (January 10th) is suppose to be the launch of the site, so be sure to check it out. In the meantime you could view the promo.

SwimmingWorld.TV will provide regular digital programming using an "On Demand" format. The swimming content will range from profiles of the top swimmers in the world, to instructional videos to help improve stroke technique, to in-studio analysis of current events in the world of swimming.
