For those of you yearning for some longer sets, distance / middle distance work, we'll be spending the next few weeks working on endurance. Yesterday we did a slew of 400s and today we did our fair share of 800s; 4600 yards in total for Tuesday's workout.
So bring your crinkled up buck, and come to practice. This Friday, we'll be doing some IM work with Sheryl. On Saturday, we'll be back to the theme for the next few weeks (or until we can get back in the ocean for some open-water training), that theme being endurance freestyle.
