Finally, after a week of lightning cancellations, practice delays, soiled pool water, and a ton of frustration, we had our first solid practice - 4,600 yards including relays! Special accolades go to Pat for swimming an awesome butterfly in her leg of the medley. Dynoswim brought home both the gold and silver in today's informal competition.
