Sunday's ocean swim had calm conditions with virtually no wave action - unlike last Sunday with very heavy surf and large waves, quite a different type of swim. Sean and Dean swam approx. 2,300 yards (1.2 miles). We are scheduling the next ocean swim for Sunday, July 10, 2005 at 12pm. We may offer an additional ocean swim scheduled for either this Wednesday or Thursday (July 6 / July 7) at 4:30pm, depending on confirmed attendance. Please advise if you would like the additional open water training...
Pat and I will not make this swim. We're taking the day off after yesterdays rough water swim.
