Today we had very choppy conditions, coupled with soreness from the 23,000 yards we put in last week (yes, 23,000 even with the sets we've missed due to the heat). The theme for today was recovery. We swam an easy 2,000 yards with a lot of floating around, a necessary and important complement to our training. Next open water swim will be Sunday, July 31, 2005 at 12pm.
